Email us with the app name and what went wrong. If the app stores progress on the device, deleting the app can erase it.
Unity Ads
Apps that show advertising use Unity Ads. An app may show a banner and a video ad. Unity chooses which ad appears. If an ad will not close or will not play, email us and include the app name.
