Privacy Policy

Effective Date: August 25, 2026

This Privacy Policy explains how SLKR Entertainment LLC (“we,” “us,” or “our”) may collect, use, and share information in connection with current and future iOS games published through the Apple App Store (the “Games”).

Not every Game collects the same information. Accounts, advertisements, cloud saving, and similar features apply only when offered or supported by the applicable Game.

Use of the Games is also subject to our Terms of Use.

1. Information You May Provide

When a Game or our support channels offer a way to contact us, you may provide information such as a name or display name, email address, support requests, feedback, or parental or guardian contact details.

2. Account Information

Some Games may process account information, such as a username or email address, only when accounts are offered. Not every Game requires an account.

3. Information Processed Automatically

When you use a Game, certain information may be processed automatically. Depending on the Game, device settings, and third-party tools, this may include:

  • Device and operating-system information.
  • App version and device language.
  • IP address.
  • Approximate location inferred from IP.
  • Device or advertising identifiers, when permitted.
  • Gameplay events and feature usage.
  • Advertising impressions, clicks, completed views, and rewarded-ad events.
  • Crash reports, diagnostics, performance information, and error logs.

Not every Game collects every listed category.

4. How Information Is Used

We may use information, when collected, to:

  • Provide, operate, maintain, and improve the Games.
  • Respond to support, privacy, or legal requests.
  • Store local game progress or settings on a device.
  • Display advertisements, including optional rewarded advertisements, when a Game includes ads.
  • Measure advertising performance and verify virtual rewards.
  • Detect fraud, invalid traffic, abuse, or security incidents.
  • Comply with law and enforce our Terms of Use.

5. How Information May Be Disclosed

Information may be disclosed to service providers that help us operate the Games, including Apple, Unity Ads, hosting providers, and similar vendors, and when we believe disclosure is required by law or necessary to protect users, the Games, or our rights.

Advertising-related activities may fall within broad legal definitions of “sale,” “share,” or similar terms. This policy does not make an unconditional statement that information is never sold or shared.

6. Purchases

App Store purchases, subscriptions, and in-app purchases, when offered, are processed by Apple. SLKR Entertainment LLC does not directly receive complete payment-card details from platform purchases.

7. Third-Party Services

Games may interact with Apple, Unity Ads, and other technology vendors. Those parties process information according to their own terms and privacy policies.

Apple and Unity names are trademarks of their respective owners. Their use does not mean that Apple or Unity sponsors, endorses, owns, or operates SLKR Entertainment LLC or our Games.

8. Unity Ads

Some Games may use Unity Ads. Not every SLKR Entertainment LLC game uses Unity Ads.

When Unity Ads is used, Unity may process information such as:

  • IP address.
  • Device information.
  • Operating-system and app information.
  • Device or advertising identifiers, when permitted.
  • Approximate location inferred from IP.
  • Advertising impressions and interactions.
  • Completed-view and rewarded-ad events.
  • Diagnostic and fraud-prevention information.

This information may be used to:

  • Deliver advertisements.
  • Provide contextual or personalized ads when legally permitted.
  • Measure advertising performance.
  • Limit advertising frequency.
  • Verify virtual rewards.
  • Detect fraud and invalid traffic.
  • Maintain and improve advertising services.

Unity’s practices are described in Unity’s Game Player and App User Privacy Policy. This Privacy Policy does not configure Unity Ads, consent signals, child-directed settings, or other SDK options. Those settings, if used, must be implemented in the applicable iOS game.

Some advertisements may be optional rewarded advertisements. When offered, a user may view an ad in exchange for coins, virtual items, bonuses, additional play opportunities, or the ability to continue after a crash.

Advertisements and rewards may not always be available. Availability may depend on the game, location, age, privacy settings, consent status, technical conditions, and available advertising inventory. Advertising rewards have no cash value.

9. App Tracking Transparency and Advertising Choices

When an iOS Game performs tracking as defined by Apple, the Game will request permission through Apple’s App Tracking Transparency framework before tracking occurs. That request is made inside the applicable Game. This website does not display an App Tracking Transparency prompt, Unity Ads SDK, tracking code, or consent system.

Declining tracking may result in contextual or non-personalized advertisements rather than removing all ads.

Users may also have advertising or tracking controls in iOS Settings. Available choices depend on the device and operating-system version.

10. Local Game Data

Some Games may save scores, progress, settings, achievements, unlocks, or similar data locally on the device.

Locally stored progress may be permanently lost after deleting or reinstalling an app, clearing app data, resetting a device, replacing a device, or changing devices. Cloud saving applies only when expressly supported. We do not guarantee that saved progress can be recovered.

11. Children’s Privacy

Some Games may be intended for children or accessible to children. Not every Game is directed to children, and this Policy does not add one universal minimum age.

A parent or guardian may contact us at [email protected] to request access to or deletion of a child’s information.

This policy does not claim certified COPPA compliance and does not automatically configure child-directed or nonbehavioral advertising. Age designation, consent signals, and nonbehavioral ad settings must be configured separately in Unity Ads and each iOS build.

12. Data Retention

We may retain information for as long as reasonably necessary to provide the Games, respond to requests, maintain security, comply with law, or resolve disputes. Local game data typically remains on the device until it is deleted, overwritten, or otherwise removed.

Third-party providers may retain information according to their own policies.

13. Data Security

We take reasonable measures designed to protect information. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure, and we cannot guarantee that a Game will be free from unauthorized access, loss, or alteration.

14. User Privacy Rights

Depending on where you live, you may have rights to request access, correction, deletion, withdrawal of consent, or opt-out of certain advertising or tracking practices.

To make a request that we can reasonably fulfill, contact [email protected]. Some data, including locally stored progress, may be deleted only by removing the Game or clearing app data on the device.

This policy does not guarantee legal or App Store compliance.

15. Changes to This Privacy Policy

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. The updated version will be posted on this page with a revised effective date.
